齊魯網(wǎng)·閃電新聞3月20日訊 春分節(jié)氣,春意漸濃。人們紛紛用各種方式迎接春天的到來(lái)。其中,品嘗春卷這一傳統(tǒng)美食,無(wú)疑是最具代表性的方式之一。

As the Vernal Equinox approaches, spring is in full swing. People welcome the arrival of spring in various ways. Among them, tasting spring rolls, a traditional delicacy, is undoubtedly one of the most classical ways. 

豆腐切塊,胡蘿卜去皮、切絲

Cube the tofu, peel and shred the carrots

打制雞蛋液

Whisk the eggs

鍋熱倒入雞蛋液,煎成雞蛋餅皮

Pour the egg mixture into a hot pan, and make a round srepe

水開,依次下入豆腐丁、胡蘿卜絲、香椿焯熟

Blanch the tofu cubes, carrot shreds, and Chinese toon sprouts until they are just tender

將胡蘿卜、香椿切成適口的形狀

將內(nèi)餡材料放置在一起

后加入鹽、味精、蔥油調(diào)味

抓拌均勻

在餅皮上放置做好的內(nèi)餡

卷至成型

and roll them up.

餅皮外緣刷上水淀粉,放入鍋中煎至兩面金黃,即可出鍋

Brush the outside with a mixture of water and cornstarch.

Place them into the pan until they turn golden brown.

And it’s time to serve.

金黃軟韌的外皮,包裹著各種鮮美的餡料,每一口都仿佛能感受到春天的氣息和味道。
